I have never seen such a heavy handed approach to controlling Global chat in any game I've ever played.  Boatload Donuts  An automatic 24 hour ban just from any random player hitting the Report button? Cheap Tapped Out Donuts  I should hope this will change. I've never posted anything rude or inflammatory just some queries Cheap Tapped Out Donuts  for new members and have been banned twice.
