Why is it ok for people

Why is it ok for people to report you for nothing and you get a ban, people in global chat report you for nothing,  coc gem  when they report and you get ban can't you have a review option if you did deserve a ban its lifted if you did and you request a review you get an extra 24h to stop abuse,  buy coc gems  I know this is also a feature request but this system of x number of reports and you get a ban is a joke,  Clash of Clans Gem  I pay to play this game.
